Loerie Country Estate will be starting marketing phase during Spring 2010. 

Finance is required to do the initial marketing and development of the New Retirement Estate in East London. Initial investors in the Launching Phase will benefit from a return of up 20% interest per annum. Tranches of R 50 000,00 and larger will  be accepted for the initial phase. Security in the investment property is currently worth in excess of R 27 million. A large property investment firm in East London is keen to partner finance the balance needed to complete the development. 

 The property has been rezoned from agriculture land to Residential 4, Resort 2 and Residential 6. There are currently 66 erven (to be increased to 150 sectional titles, one Resort Zone 2 of 9 949 m² and another Residential 6 of 4 595m².
